Grandparents Day

When it was Thursday the 21st of October it was Grandparents day. There were a lot of grandparents there. The first thing we went to the shed. That was where we listened to music with our grandparents. After that we went to the music room to look at art. When Nana got there she was amazed because of all the art work. The next room was the art room. Mum was amazed that time. I think the next room was 7F. Mum and Nana were amazed then we had a picnic. Then Nana and Mum went home. At school there was more work.

Dance Cart

Last Friday the last day of school Mrs Pangbourne's class went to Dance Cart and the song was Waltzing Matilda. It was a great song too. I think 3P was awesome because 3P made NO mistakes. Dance Cart was presented at St Josephs, Beenleigh. 3P did very well and I think that 3P had a great dance. They had lots of fun too because of Dance Cart.

Japanese Students

Two days ago we met Japanese students. They had a presentation and they were great at it. I remember Jessie and Jaquline got dressed in a kimono dress and they looked funny but they looked good. Their presentation was about things in Japan and I liked it.

Talent extravaganza

On Tuseday we went to the Talent extravaganza i loved it. It was so funny at the end all the teacher's were dancing and being funny. I like the talent extravaganza because it has acts too.

skipping

Today we saw skipping. There were two people. One was telling everyone why skipping is important. The person told what tricks you can do. Her team showed the tricks.The teams name was Jumping Beans. Their school is Beenleigh State School.They were awesome skippers. Their tricks were cool.

Our water use investigation

We were trying to measure water used at sschool. My group had to get a bubbler and time how much we drink. I had a drink and drank 150 mls each time. I will try to save water by having shorter showers at home.

Brisbane Markets

Yesterday we had a visiter. Her name was Vanessa. She lived in Brisbane and Vanessa told us about fruit and vegies and we got to see Oscar the orange and we got to taste two kinds of apples, red and green. The apples were yummy.
